The Gulf of Maine Research Institute (GMRI) provides Maine teachers with professional development and curriculum resources to support innovative science teaching and learning. To facilitate in-depth learning over the course of the middle school years, we collaborated with Maine Sea Grant and a group of teachers to develop a collection of watershed experiences that connects our LabVenture! and Vital Signs programs. In addition, we offer a variety of other online curriculum resources that enable teachers to provide authentic and personally meaningful science learning experiences.
