Between April 2003 and July 2005 >114,000 cod were T-bar tagged on >100 commercial and recreational vessels, during dedicated tagging trips in both US and Canadian waters. Recapture information from >5% of releases is revealing migration patterns and is enabling preliminary estimates of mixing rates between stocks.

Tagging data are publicly accessible via an online GIS mapping interface (Fig. 1) and Program background, news, updates and meeting summaries are published online.

Findings from this study are primarily presented through a variety of outreach methods, including:

• Oral and poster presentations at both industry and scientific venues to a variety of stakeholder audiences;
• Mass-mailings of Program updates and newsletters;
• Semi-annual Program meetings with presentation of detailed analysis and findings;
• Progress reports and meeting minutes;
