US Retailer Spurs Market Demand by Stocking Redfish

Dec 1, 2014

Undercurrent News: Acadian redfish made its debut in US east coast retailer Hannaford this summer, as the Gulf of Maine Research Institute sought to promote it alongside whiting, Atlantic pollock, dogfish, and mackerel.
