Brandon Blethen

Chef Brandon Blethen likes to say that he was “born hungry.” Spending his childhood in his Sicilian mother’s kitchen, Brandon developed an early appreciation for enjoying the fruits of one’s own culinary labor, foraging for dandelion greens and herbs, fishing in the waterways, and making everything on his family’s dinner table from scratch. This upbringing fuels Brandon’s passion for grassroots, farm-to-table cooking, working closely with organic farms and local artisans in his current role as the Executive Chef at Robert’s Maine Grill in Kittery, Maine.
