Join us for the first session of our Winter/Spring 2018 Joan M. Kelly Sea State Lecture Series, "Six Women Changing Seafood."

Throughout the series, we'll introduce six innovative women, representing different parts of the seafood supply chain. Every month, you'll hear how each speaker is breaking new ground in the industry.

In January, we'll hear from Mika Higurashi, Seafood Quality Handling Expert, with Uoriki Fresh Inc. She will share her talk titled "Making the Grade: Leading the Way for Sashimi-Grade Seafood."
