Amy Fecteau

Amy came to GMRI in October of 2021 in the role of Human Resources Director where she will be assisting GMRI staff in all aspects of HR, from work-life challenges to performance, benefits to necessary leaves, inclusion, and recruitment. Prior to GMRI, Amy has been in Human Resources for nearly 23 years where she has led HR efforts in a variety of small organizations in DEI work, benefits programs, training, career-pathing, and development.

An avid traveler, she has been to 22 countries and counting (favorites so far are New Zealand, France, and Russia) and when not traveling, you'll find her teaching and working in her role as a classically trained oil painter.
